Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business hours from Monday to Saturday. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it will be prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Customers will receive confirmation once the order has been processed.

Delivery Policy

Decor delivers electrical products throughout Pakistan using reliable courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Karachi: 1–2 Business Days
  • Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 Business Days

Delivery schedules may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers should inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Order quantity

Applicable delivery charges will be displayed before order confirmation.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns may be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Before returning any item, customers must contact our support team to obtain return authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Installed electrical products.
  • Used products.
  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Items without the original invoice.
  • Clearance or promotional sale items unless defective.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
